1535 nm Laser Rangefinder Module
(3 km – 20 km OEM Series)
Compact, Eye-Safe Laser Ranging Solutions for EO and Optical System Integration
Huanxin Laser Rangefinder Module designs and manufactures OEM-grade 1535 nm erbium-glass laser rangefinder modules covering continuous measurement ranges from 3 km to 20 km. Utilizing single-pulse Time-of-Flight (ToF) architecture, each module delivers high-probability target acquisition (≥98%) with ±1 m distance precision and human eye-safe Class 1 operation across defense, security, and aerospace applications.
Engineered specifically for SWaP-constrained optoelectronic integration, our portfolio scales from ultra-compact payloads (≤60 g, ≤0.5 mrad divergence) for handheld thermals and micro UAV gimbals, up to aperture-optimized long-range systems for coastal surveillance and vehicle fire-control platforms. All units support factory-configured TTL UART or differential RS-422 protocols, customized mechanical mounting datum, wide input voltages (including direct 6–36V bus inputs), and proprietary communication protocols for rapid optical axis co-axiality calibration.
How to Select the Right Huanxin 1535nm OEM Laser Rangefinder Module
Selecting an optimal laser ranging payload requires balancing measurement range, platform SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power), and environmental constraints. All Huanxin modules feature eye-safe 1535 nm Er:glass technology, single-pulse ToF ranging, and industrial TTL/RS-422 interfaces.
For Handheld Optics & Micro Gimbals (<1 kg payloads): Choose the 3km (3K-193) or 4km (4K-193) series. Weighing only ≤60g, they minimize payload burden while maintaining tight beam divergence (≤0.5 mrad) to eliminate tree-branch clutter.
For Medium Multi-Sensor EO/IR Turrets: The 6km (6K-256) and 8km series provide an ideal balance of structural rigidity, optical aperture, and continuous 1–10 Hz tracking duty cycles.
For Coastal, Naval & Border Surveillance: Deploy the 12km, 18km, or 20km strategic series. These modules feature enlarged receiving optics, high-sensitivity temperature-compensated APD detectors, and ultra-narrow divergence (≤0.3 mrad) to overcome severe atmospheric attenuation.
