18km Laser Rangefinder Module

The 18K-4718 laser rangefinder uses laser pulse time-of-flight technology to measure the distance between the device and a target. The module emits a laser pulse toward the target, and the receiving system captures the reflected signal. By using high-precision digital circuitry to record the emission and return timing of the laser pulse, the system calculates the target distance based on laser flight time. This enables stable and accurate ranging performance for long-range electro-optical systems, EO/IR platforms, and integrated sensing applications.

Product Composition

The laser rangefinder is composed of laser transmission, laser reception, and digital circuitry. The laser transmission section includes a laser source and beam expander lens for emitting and shaping the laser beam. The laser reception section uses a receiving lens to collect the reflected optical signal from the target. The digital circuitry includes the drive control circuit and signal acquisition circuit, supporting laser control, signal acquisition, and ranging data processing for stable range measurement.
